Our College President, Professor Jackie Taylor, has been admitted to the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland as part of their annual conference, the St Luke’s Symposium.
Honorary Fellowships are only awarded to world leaders in medical science, the arts and philanthropy, or those who have made an exceptional contribution to society.
On receiving her Honorary Fellowship, Professor Taylor said “I am delighted to have been awarded an Honorary Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. It is indeed an enormous privilege. Our Colleges share the same concerns and priorities and I look forward to further strengthening the bonds between us”.
