The latest issue of College Voice, your membership magazine, is now available.

Packed into this issue, you’ll find articles on a special writing project which took inspiration from our College archives, a personal vote of thanks to NHS staff, and contributions about frailty, mentoring and sustainability. There are also updates from Obesity Action Scotland, our college Inclusion Advisory Group, and much more.

A new look for 2024

As you might have noticed, we’ve given the magazine a fresh new design for 2024.

To develop our new style, our Creative team delved into our long history. Old medical journals and books helped to inspire the way our features are laid out, from font choices to attribution styles. They also drew on imagery and motifs from the design and architecture of our College building here in Glasgow. You’ll spot these integrated throughout our pages.

And our cover has also had a refresh, with a style which references our history but feels right for our membership today.

If you’re a Fellow or Member of the College, you can access your copy of Voice by logging in to your membership dashboard, and going to the Voice page here on our website. We’ve also sent a link to your email. If you have yet to join the College or are not logged in, you’ll see a preview version of the magazine.

If you have any feedback on our new look, or any other aspect of College Voice – or if you have an article idea that you’d like to contribute – we’d love to hear from you through media@rcpsg.ac.uk.
