The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee is a truly historic moment in the history of the UK. Being the first Monarch to serve for 70 years is a monumental achievement and one worth celebrating.
Not only is it an opportunity to celebrate a significant moment in history, it is also a moment to reflect on our own Royal Charter, granted by gracious assent by Her Majesty in 1962.
Our College has come a long way since then and what her Majesty has accomplished over her 70 year reign is truly unique. She has met presidents, world leaders, politicians and people from all walks of life and seen the world develop into a global, connected community. They have seen as we have her dignity, devotion and dedication to duty.
We wish Her Majesty our most sincere best wishes as we commemorate her historic reign this Jubilee weekend.
