Honorary Fellowship

Scotland’s former Chief Medical Officer and leading light in global public health, Professor Sir Harry Burns, has been made an Honorary Fellow of the College.

Three new Honorary Fellowships were conferred by the College at our second Virtual Diploma Ceremony on 15 April. The prestigious awards were made to senior clinicians from across the world, who have made huge contributions to healthcare.

College Vice President (Dental) and Dean of the Faculty of Dental Surgery, Mr Andrew Edwards has received an Ad Eundem Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland.

Four new Honorary Fellowships were conferred by the College at our first ever Virtual Diploma Ceremony on the 4th September.
